If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange. We will be happy to exchange it according to our easy exchange policy.
1. Is exchanging possible?
Yes, You can exchange
- inspirit.lk will only accept exchanges for purchases made on our website
- The exchanges are done strictly within 5 days after the delivery is completed
- Items should be in the original condition with packaging. inspirit.lk will accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with all the tags and labels attached with the original receipt
- inspirit.lk will not accept exchange items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway
- Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of the same item
- Exchange processing may take up to 3 – 5 working days
- Please note that we only allow one exchange occurrence
Discounted items purchased online can be exchanged for the same item but different sizes. In the event the item is sold out we would not be able to exchange it.
2. How do I exchange products?
Step 1 : Contact our customer service team on info@inspirit.lk or call/WhatsApp us between 8.30 am – 6.00 pm on +94762837232
for any inquiries related to exchanges. (Please note that we do not accept returns of used or damaged items)
Step 2 : Pack the items in the same packaging in the original condition with tags and labels with the original receipt. Our team requests the customer to ensure that they’re packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the us.
Step 3 : Once your request is approved by our Customer Care Team, our courier will pick up the exchange item from your doorstep and bring it to us for review. Please inform us before sending the package of the item/s need to exchange. (Please note that the relevant courier charges should paid by the customer)
Step 5 : Once we received the package of item/s, our team will perform a quality review in order to do the exchange. (Please note that exchange will be accepted if the products are in original condition. If not the exchange will be rejected)
Step 6 : We will contact you via email/call, if the items passed with the quality review. Then our courier will deliver the fresh new item right to your doorstep for your convenience. (Please note that the exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item).
3. Can we return purchased goods?
We do not accept returns.
4. What to do. If I received any damaged products?
In the very rare occurrence that you receive a defected/damaged product by shopping online on our website. We ensure that the quality and standards are met in our products and processes. Our team always conduct a quality check before dispatching all your orders, in order to ensure the products are 100% damage free.
Please contact us right away if you find damaged product/s. You can contact us on +94762837232
or send us an email info@inspirit.lk on the same day of the delivery(if you failed us to contact at that moment).
We will arrange the exchange for it free of charge. Once the damaged product is collected by the courier, our team will perform a quality check at our warehouse once we received the item. This process is done to ensure if the item/s are unworn or unused despite of the damage. if we feel that the defect/damage is not a genuine case, the exchange process will not be done.
5. How to cancel an order?
Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order since the item/s will be reserved for you. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the office.

6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or any other payment method which we make available to you. By placing and submitting an order through our site you agree to pay the price of the product(s) you ordered with relevant shipping cost and any other applicable taxes. Payment can be done by any method as you prefer. In order to make a payment, you must provide us with valid credit card and/or other billing information and authorize us (or any third-party payment service provider engaged by us) to charge your method of payment for all orders placed and accepted.
7. Billing and order information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. And you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will provide an email or other form of confirmation receipt of your purchase order with relevant specific order number. We are not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to events that are beyond our control. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Please read our delivery policy.
